Nic started photographing in 2011 while working as an ICU nurse, and went full-time in 2015. She is based in the Hunter Valley and works right along that stretch of coast — Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Central Coast and Port Stephens — with a separate page of her own for each. She cries at weddings, by her own admission, and keeps Hydralyte and a stitch kit in the camera bag.
