Ruby Oak Floristry is a mother-and-daughter business run by Christine and Adele, who opened their first shop at Fairy Meadow in January 2022 and added a second at Corrimal soon after. Both sit on the Princes Highway, and between them they cover the Illawarra with their own delivery drivers seven days a week. In 2022 the business was named Best Florist in Wollongong and the South Coast at the Local Business Awards.
