KYHA was founded in 2011 as One Day, by Kyha Scott, out of her own frustration as a bride - in the label's words, tired of tulle and ball gowns. What replaced them is the house style: sleek minimalism, sharp construction, and detailing that reads as fashion rather than bridal. It now runs flagship studios in Melbourne, Sydney and New York plus more than eighty retail partners globally, and this listing covers the two Australian studios - South Yarra and Paddington.
Dress Styles & Designers
One label, two tiers. The Made to Order collection is what the flagship studios show, and KYHA Bride - launched in 2016 - is the ready-to-wear and made-to-size line that reaches the wider stockist network. Across 250 published products the split is roughly 111 gowns to 40 skirts, 38 tops, 23 veils and a run of outerwear, so separates are a first-class part of the offer rather than an afterthought. Silhouettes are column, bias and sculpted; fabrics run to crepe, sequin, silk and metallic.
