• Consultations are by appointment only, and the first step is email rather than a visit.
• Send your wedding date, both your names, the delivery suburbs for the bridal party's blooms, the names of the ceremony and reception venues, the start and finish times and the bump-in and bump-out times.
• Send pictures of the arrangements you like with quantities, your photographer's name and your budget - the studio asks for the budget up front so the quote fits it.
• Allow 48 hours for a reply Monday to Friday, and 72 hours from Friday to Monday; if nothing arrives, check your spam folder, because the studio says its email often lands there.
