Grace Loves Lace started on the Gold Coast in 2010 and is now the most widely-known Australian bridal label there is — four boutiques here, sixteen in the United States, and one each in London and Toronto, all still run from Burleigh Heads. The whole proposition is comfort: gowns you can actually move in, with the label's own flexible boning and slip-on constructions instead of corsetry that has to be laced you into.

129 wedding dresses, all its own label. The house tags its gowns by where you are getting married rather than only by shape — Beach (91 gowns), Country (74), Elopement (72), Ceremony, Reception — alongside the usual silhouette tags: Mermaid (61), Low Back (66), Simple (62), Lace (57), Vintage (54), Modern (71). Lace and relaxed silk are the signature; 105 of the 129 gowns have a train and 58 are slip-on styles.

Grace Loves Lace publishes gowns from XS through to 5XL as standard sizing rather than as a separate curve range — the same dress, the same page, the same price. It also dresses the party: 31 bridesmaid styles, 16 veils, and its own earrings, gloves, sleeves, boleros and headpieces.
The Need-to-Knows
Two ways to buy. The Ready to Wear collection (53 gowns) ships from stock; the Made to Order collection (54 gowns) is cut for you. Gowns run $730 to $4,550 with a median around $3,450, and separates — bodices, boleros, sleeves and skirts — let a bride build a look rather than buy one. Priority and express options are published as priced line items rather than quoted, so a rush costs a known amount.
