Seated menus are $124 per person for two courses and $144 for three, with an alternative three-course option at $108; an hour of canapes on arrival can be added to any of these for $39 per person. Buffet-style options are $65 per person for one entree, two mains and three sides, or $85 for two entrees, three mains and three sides, again with canapes on arrival available at $39. Beverage packages run two hours at $44 per person with each extra hour at $16, a premium tier at $74 for two hours with extra hours at $24, and a further tier at $62 for two hours with extra hours at $16.
