Bethany works from a by-appointment studio at Echunga in the Adelaide Hills and has made wedding flowers for more than 550 couples since starting Floral Eden at the beginning of 2019. She grew up in her mother Vanessa’s florist shop, first helping with wedding set-ups as a teenager, and went to TAFE for her qualification straight out of high school. The studio was voted number one wedding florist in South Australia in 2022 and 2023.

Style & Signature Blooms

The stated aim is to show flowers in their most natural form - described on the site as wild and free, timeless and romantic. The galleries are organised by venue rather than by style, and run from single arbour pieces to hanging installations suspended over a long reception table. No list of flower varieties is published, and none was taken from photographs.

Couples marrying at an Adelaide Hills or McLaren Vale winery who want fresh florals and hire decor from one supplier. The bridal party list runs from bouquets and buttonholes through to hair flowers, petal baskets, page boy buttonholes and dog collar arrangements, and the ceremony list covers arbour and plinth arrangements, aisle chairs, wine barrels, welcome and seating signs, garlands, cake flowers and hanging installations.

The Need-to-Knows

Quoting is free and itemised: send the date, the venue and a list of what you want priced, and a written quote comes back, followed by a free in-person consultation, then a detailed written quote, a signed contract and a deposit to hold the date. Changes are accepted as planning goes on, with all details confirmed a month before. Delivery, on-site set-up and end-of-night packdown are all offered. Admin days are Mondays and Tuesdays and some Wednesdays, replies can take up to seven days, and the studio is open by appointment only.

The hire range is published with prices and dimensions rather than held back for a quote - arbours at $100, metal frame plinths at $100 a pair, acrylic plinths from $40 a set, candle clusters at $30, bud vases at $3, a lockable card box at $30 and a wishing well at $30, most listed with their measurements. A separate faux flower guide prices arrangements from $25 for a small sign piece to $700 for a three-quarter arbour.

Appointment Policy

The studio at Echunga is open by appointment only.
Step one is a contact form or email with the date, the venue or suburb and a list of what you want priced, plus your style, favourite flowers and colour palette; a free itemised quote comes back.
Step two is a free in-person consultation, after which a detailed written quote is sent; a signed contract and a deposit secure the booking.
Step three allows changes as planning goes on, with follow-up consultations offered; all details must be confirmed one month before the wedding.
Admin days are Mondays and Tuesdays and some Wednesdays.
If no reply arrives within seven days the florist asks couples to check their spam folder.
The studio states it is currently taking bookings for late 2026 and 2027.
