About

Overview & Vibe

A private studio that has been doing weddings only since 2014, working with hundreds of couples across Victoria and taking a deliberately limited number each season. The founder started raiding her mother’s garden and making posies on the trampoline, was sent to TAFE straight out of school, and has been at it ever since. The work has been featured in Vogue Australia.

Style & Signature Blooms

Romantic, layered and deeply considered - her own three words. The approach is free-form and seasonal, built stem by stem so the flowers take their own natural shape, with soft movement rather than tight structure. Expect the texture of a garden in full bloom: cypress-lined aisles, meadow-style ground florals, sculptural arches and long tables that look grown rather than arranged.

Ideal For

Couples at the upper end of the market who want one studio to carry the whole celebration - sculptural ceremony arches, suspended floral chandeliers, full venue transformations and entrance installations, as well as the bouquet. She works closely with Victoria’s leading wedding planners and stylists, so the florals arrive already coordinated with the rest of the styling.

The Need-to-Knows

⚠ There are four investment tiers, keyed to guest numbers: $6,000–$8,000 for 80–120 guests, $8,000–$10,000 for 100–140, $10,000–$15,000 for 120–180, and $15,000 or more for 160-plus. A minimum spend of $6,000 applies specifically to sit-down weddings of 100 or more guests. Pricing assumes designs using both flowers and foliage - a flowers-only wedding costs more. A 10% non-refundable payment secures the date, quotes are valid ten days, and dates are not held.

Standout Feature

The investment guide actually shows you what each budget buys. Tier one is broken into three worked combinations - bridal party plus ceremony, bridal party plus reception, or a lighter version of all three - each listing the individual pieces down to sign florals and bar features. It is the clearest published answer in this directory to what a given number gets you.

Appointment Policy

  • The studio takes a limited number of weddings each season, so enquire early if your date matters to you.
  • Start with an enquiry; a detailed quote follows the initial consultation.
  • Quotes are valid for ten days.
  • ⚠ Dates are not held and there are no tentative bookings - the date is secured only when the 10% payment lands and you have approved the terms.
  • Check every detail on your quote yourself: the date, the venue, the items and the quantities are all your responsibility to confirm.
  • Changes to the items need at least thirty days' notice before the wedding, in writing.
  • The studio keeps office hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm; weekends are spent on site.
  • Contact is hello@flowersstgermain.com or 0431 386 339.

Areas Serviced

  • Melbourne – the studio is a private, by-appointment one and delivers across more than two hundred named Melbourne suburbs.
  • Yarra Valley – named as an area the studio is trusted across, and it sits close by.
  • Mornington Peninsula – named alongside Melbourne and the Yarra Valley.
  • Victoria more broadly – the studio has worked with hundreds of couples across the state, from intimate elopements at private properties to large-scale celebrations.

Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery, set-up and pack-down at the venue are written into the tier one packages rather than added afterwards.
  • The studio delivers across more than two hundred named Melbourne suburbs, and publishes the list so you can check yours.
  • It works closely with Victoria's leading wedding planners and stylists, so the florals are coordinated with the rest of your styling.
  • Tell the studio in writing if your venue changes - a relocation is handled under the same clause as a date change, and availability at the new venue is not guaranteed.

Price Notes

  • ⚠ The four tiers are keyed to guest numbers: $6,000–$8,000 for 80–120 guests, $8,000–$10,000 for 100–140, $10,000–$15,000 for 120–180, and $15,000 or more for 160-plus.
  • ⚠ A minimum spend of $6,000 applies specifically to sit-down weddings with 100 or more guests - so a standing or cocktail reception is not caught by it.
  • ⚠ Pricing assumes designs using both flowers and foliage; a flowers-only wedding costs more.
  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • A non-refundable 10% payment secures your date and comes off the total.
  • The balance falls due fourteen days before the wedding, and nothing is delivered until it clears.
  • Cancel in writing at least twenty days out and you lose only the 10%; anything cancelled within fifteen days of the wedding remains payable in full.
  • If you move the date and the studio is free, your payment transfers - but a new booking fee is then payable.
  • If the studio ever cancels on you, you are refunded in full including the 10%.
