Wedding Photographers · Sydney, New South Wales
Veri Photography is a wedding photography and film studio trading since 2011, based at Box Hill North in Melbourne with further offices at Wollongong and Fortitude Valley in Brisbane. It is led by creative director Cheng, who has photographed more than two hundred weddings, and works as a named team rather than a single photographer, with people assigned by state across Victoria, New South Wales, the ACT and Queensland.
Cheng describes being drawn to the relationship between people rather than textbook visual dynamics, and the studio writes about the hours before a ceremony as producing the most candid and touching pictures of the day. They also make a point of the late, moody frames taken outside once the reception is in full swing.
Couples who want photography and film from one studio with a single price for both, and who like knowing the numbers before enquiring. The combination packages are built around matched photo and video coverage of the same length, which suits larger weddings where both are wanted without coordinating two suppliers.
Everything is priced openly and inclusive of GST. Photography alone starts at $2,099 and runs to $3,080 for fourteen hours; combined photo and film packages run from $3,999 for six hours each to $6,499 for twelve, with a flush mount album included at the top two levels. Destination pre-wedding shoots start at $2,980. They are on 0412 601 921.
The longer combination packages include a full-length film of the whole day alongside the short highlight reel, so the complete ceremony and speeches survive rather than only the edited version.
