Wedding Photographers · Brisbane, Queensland
Cassandra Miller works from a property at the foot of the Great Dividing Range at Moogerah, in the Scenic Rim, and photographs weddings across south east Queensland and northern New South Wales. Her galleries are full of the country she lives in — the white chapel at Kalbar, the lavender farm at Mount Alford, hay paddocks, the dam at sunset — alongside city weddings in Brisbane and coastal ones at Byron Bay.
She describes her own coverage as editorial: the day is allowed to unfold organically, with support when it is wanted for location choice, composition and guided posing, and candid moments caught in between. She trained as a press photographer and holds a degree in journalism and photography, and it shows — the sets run from the shoes lined up in the morning to the last of the dancing.
Couples marrying anywhere in the Scenic Rim who want a photographer who actually lives there, and couples further afield who want that country eye. There is a package for a three-hour elopement and one for a ten-hour day with two photographers, so both a small midweek ceremony and a full Saturday are properly covered.
Four wedding collections: $2,500 for three hours, $3,500 for six, $4,500, and $5,500 for a full day with a second photographer. Every collection includes a bonus sunset engagement session at her Moogerah property, a large set of edited high-resolution images with an instant download link, and an online print store. Travel is included across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, Byron, the Darling Downs and the Scenic Rim.
The image counts are unusually generous — a minimum of 650 images on the six-hour collection and more than 1,250 on the full day, all professionally edited. The two larger collections also arrive with a dozen A4 archival fine art prints in a handcrafted leather or vegan leather embossed envelope, so there is something to hold rather than only files.
