Appointment Policy

Bridal is by appointment; everything else is walk-in: "formal & all other fittings are walk in only."
Wedding gown appointments are "for your first Bridal fitting, including your own dedicated stylist and the entire store to yourself and your chosen guests, for 1 hour".
They are "only available on a Saturday between 2-5pm", and "bookings are essential".
Walk-in bridal fittings are attempted during normal business hours: "We will try our best to cater for all walk in fittings during normal business hours but please expect there may be delays."
Change rooms can be reserved separately through the store's "Book a change room" page.
Business hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm; closed public holidays.
