Appointment Policy

• Bridal is by appointment; everything else is walk-in: "formal & all other fittings are walk in only."
• Wedding gown appointments are "for your first Bridal fitting, including your own dedicated stylist and the entire store to yourself and your chosen guests, for 1 hour".
• They are "only available on a Saturday between 2-5pm", and "bookings are essential".
• "Appointments attract a $30 non refundable fee."
• Walk-in bridal fittings are attempted during normal business hours: "We will try our best to cater for all walk in fittings during normal business hours but please expect there may be delays."
• Change rooms can be reserved separately through the store's "Book a change room" page.
• Business hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm; closed public holidays.
• No guest limit is published.
