Ayers House
About
Overview & Vibe
Ayers House is Adelaide's grande dame — the bluestone North Terrace mansion of premier Sir Henry Ayers, its hand-painted ceilings, crystal chandeliers and iron-lace Conservatory restored to Victorian glory directly opposite the Botanic Garden.
Setting & Style
Ceremonies fill the gold-leafed Ballroom for up to 100 or the glass-and-stone Conservatory with its garden setting, with the Botanic Gardens fifty metres away for vows under the trees. Receptions run from intimate Ballroom dinners (20–65) through Henry's Table & Bar (30–80) to the Conservatory's 80–175, all catered in-house with South Australian produce and wine, three all-inclusive packages and a complimentary bridal suite with ceremony bookings.
Ideal For
Couples wanting true Victorian-heritage romance in the heart of the city — chandeliers, candlelight and a mansion to themselves.
