Overview & Vibe

Courtney works from Mooroolbark at the western edge of the Yarra Ranges, and photographs weddings across the valley, Melbourne and further afield. She came to it sideways — her father filled photo albums from 1976 onwards, her husband bought her a first camera thirteen years ago, and a cousin who would not take no for an answer put her on her first wedding in 2017.

Style & Approach

She describes her own work as romantic, timeless, fun and effortless, and herself as the fly on the wall who captures moments as they unfold, with a hand along the way if you want one. Her aim is the intimate parts of the day — the tears welling up in a parent’s eyes, the cheekiness of the children — rather than a set of arranged portraits.

Ideal For

Couples who want a full day covered by one photographer for continuity, and who like the idea of an engagement session first so the camera feels familiar. Midweek elopements are catered for separately.

Package Two. Price: On enquiry. Description: Eight hours of coverage, 600 or more edited images, and a package of five seven-by-five boutique prints.
Package Three. Price: On enquiry. Description: Nine hours of coverage, 800 or more edited images, and a ten to fifteen minute cinematic slideshow of your gallery.
Elopement. Price: On enquiry. Description: Two hours of coverage with 250 or more edited images, an online gallery and a print store. Available Monday to Thursday only.
Engagement and Couples Session. Price: On enquiry. Description: One hour at one location with 100 or more edited images.
Second Photographer. Price: On enquiry. Description: Recommended past about one hundred guests, to cover guests while she stays with the couple.
