Ashleigh has photographed more than eight hundred weddings since 2013, across Australia, Europe, North America and Asia, and she takes a deliberately small number each year. The tone is editorial — considered light, restraint, and a preference for imagery that reads like a film still rather than a highlights reel.
Candid but elevated, in her own phrasing. She shoots film and digital together, using film for its softness and digital for its precision, and includes a set of aerial frames in every gallery to place the day in its landscape.
Couples who want a collaborator rather than a supplier, and who are planning something with a clear visual direction — a styled single day, or a wedding abroad. She works alongside planners on art direction, moodboards and the flow of the day.
Every gallery is built to be printed rather than scrolled. She designs museum-grade albums and framed prints with couples afterwards, and treats that as the point of the work rather than an upsell.
