Setting & Style
At Melbourne Waterfront, floor-to-ceiling windows wrap the room in city and Victoria Harbour views, with a heated balcony, private bar and lounges scattered between dance floor and ottomans. Guests graze through a five-hour food-and-drinks package — arrival antipasto spreads, a rolling parade of canapés and petit fours — rather than sitting through courses.
