- Upstairs at The Baths is hired exclusively, with guests occupying the entire space including its own bar, kitchen, bathrooms, lounge area and outside decking; it is a full-service in-house catering and beverage venue that does not permit external catering or charge corkage, and minimum spends apply across day-time (8am-4pm) and evening (5pm-midnight) event timings. Cocktail packages: three substantial canapes $75 per person or four substantial canapes $90 per person, with a children's canape package (under 12) at $45 per person; extra substantial canapes $10 each, extra savoury or sweet canapes $5.50 each. Seated dining: two course $95 per person or three course $105 per person, rising to $120 and $135 per person for the choice-on-the-day service style. Additions include grazing platters from $220 each (serving 10), freshly shucked oysters at $220 for a minimum order of 12, supplier main meals $35 per person, and your own cake served plated with coulis and cream at $10 each
