Wise Wine holds the region’s rarest card — the only winery restaurant in the Margaret River region with ocean views, its vines rolling down toward the turquoise of Geographe Bay beside Meelup National Park at Eagle Bay.

Ceremonies take the wedding deck or the big lawn from 4:30pm, vineyards on one side and the bay glowing on the other, before receptions fill the restaurant behind its huge floor-to-ceiling windows — 130 seated or 160 cocktail-style, rustic fireplace burning in the cooler months. Pricing is refreshingly public: venue hire $4,000 midweek to $6,000 weekends, shared or chef’s feasts from $110–$120 a head, six-hour beverage packages $80–$110, with furniture, linen and glassware all included.
