Tahnee was born and raised in Melbourne and now lives and works between Melbourne and Perth, where her partner is. Ten years of weddings, and the work has been on the cover of Dancing With Her along with features in Theodore, Modern Wedding, Together Journal, Nouba and Junebug.
Editorial and documentary, in her own words - unobtrusive but intentional. The galleries run cinematic and a little moody, heavy on black and white, and she shoots 35mm film and vintage Super 8 alongside the digital work.
Couples who want the day recorded as it happens rather than staged, whether that is a ninety-minute registry elopement or a full day at a country estate. She is explicit about welcoming LGBTQIA+ couples, and the published work backs it up.
Genuine vintage Super 8 motion film, shot on a real cine camera and added to any package for $850, with a roll of 35mm film available for $350. She is clear that this is not videography - it is a separate, deliberately nostalgic thing.
