A golf and function estate in the Enchanted Valley, on the edge of Wungong Regional Park in the Perth Hills and about 40 minutes from the city. Guests arrive over stone boardwalks floating above reflection ponds into a grand stone lodge whose floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the valley. An 18-hole championship course wraps the whole thing.

Setting & Style

Six ceremony settings and seven reception spaces, all named, sized and priced. Indoors: Views 101 (private bar, open fireplace), Views 102 & Balcony (two-tiered, the wedding party elevated), the Sandalwood Room (coffered ceiling, mirrored end walls) and the Forest Views room with vaulted windows. Outdoors: the flagstone Alfresco Terrace, the gazebo-framed Alfresco Lawn, a forest chapel gazebo draped in jasmine, and the 9th and 18th Lawns for a marquee over the valley.

Couples who want every number published before they enquire — and who want a choice between an indoor room with a bar and an open lawn above a lake, on the same property.

The Need-to-Knows

Ceremony and reception are hired separately, and both are priced by day and season. Ceremonies run $550–$1,500; receptions $600–$3,000. Booking both earns a 20% discount on ceremony locations.
Catering is by external partner caterers and no food pricing appears on the site. Beverages are the estate's: packages $55–$90 per head, or an on-consumption bar with a $38 per person minimum spend.
A 30-guest micro package is fixed at $5,000, Monday to Thursday, three hours, with celebrant, florals, photography and cake included — extra guests $32pp.
The Sandalwood Room is May–September only.
The Alfresco Terrace can only be hired with Views 101.
Access is 9am to 9am — the venue on the morning of, bumped out by 9am the next day.
The 18th Lawn marquee includes no furniture or lighting — that is a separate contract with TP & Co or Swan Event Hire.

Alternatively: 'Couples may choose from a range of tailored beverage packages or create a bespoke drinks menu using our on-consumption bar tab option... A minimum spend of $38 per person is required when selecting this beverage option.' A full a-la-carte beverage list with glass and bottle prices runs to several pages.
FOOD IS NOT PRICED AND NOT SUPPLIED BY THE ESTATE: 'We proudly partner with Perth's leading catering teams... Our catering partners take a highly personalised approach, tailoring each menu to suit your vision, your guests, and your budget.' No caterer is named and no menu price appears. This is the single largest unpriced component of a wedding here.
WHAT VENUE HIRE INCLUDES IS SPELLED OUT: 'Your venue hire includes either custom 12-seater oval tables or trestles, elegant black leather high-back chairs, and your choice of black or white linen with coordinating napkins and glassware. Our experienced team manages the event service throughout the duration of your reception.' Ceremony hire separately 'includes 30 guest chairs, a signatory table, and two signing chairs.'
TWO HARD RESTRICTIONS THAT COULD DECIDE A DATE. The Sandalwood Room, the estate's largest indoor space, is seasonal: '*This space is only available from May to September.' And the 18th Lawn marquee is a bare site: '*18th Lawn TP Location does not include furniture and lighting, TP & Co to provide' - 'TP & Co or Swan Event Hire manage the tent, furnishings, and lighting, offering tailored options. Araluen Estate seamlessly takes care of service, food and beverage.'
