Ceremony at the gazebo is $950 for one hour when booked with a reception, or $1,500 for a ceremony-only booking; both include 30 outdoor ceremony chairs (extra chairs $6 each above 30), a signing table with white cloth and two chairs, a red carpet and exclusive use of the gazebo area, with additional 30-minute blocks at $350. No PA, music or audio equipment is included in the ceremony setup; this can be arranged for $350. Reception packages are priced per adult and differ by room, day of week, season and payment method, with cash prices published lower than other forms of payment. Indicative evening pricing runs $94-$110 per adult (cash) or $99-$115 (other payment) for the entry package; $104-$129 for the mid tier; $110-$125 for the Full Room; and $155-$175 for the premium package. Lunch is $90-$100 per adult (cash) or $95-$105 otherwise, cocktail packages $95-$124 (cash) or $100-$129, and breakfast $85 per adult. Minimum adult numbers apply per room and must be paid for: 40 in the Pacific Room, 80 in the Mediterranean, 90 in the Marquee, 100 in the Ocean View and 200 for the Full Room. Children aged 4-12 are charged half the adult price with no charge under 4 (no meal), and vendors are charged at 75% of the adult price; neither counts toward the minimum.
