Panorama House sits on the crest of Bulli Tops with the whole Illawarra and the Pacific Ocean laid out below — a clifftop function centre fifty minutes from Sydney Airport, with a white gazebo on the lawn for ceremonies.
Ceremonies happen at the gazebo, hired for an hour with thirty outdoor chairs, a red carpet, a signing table and exclusive use of the area. Receptions then choose a room to match the guest count: the Pacific Room from 40 adults, the Mediterranean from 80, the Marquee from 90, the Ocean View from 100, and the Full Room — Ocean View and Mediterranean combined — for over 200. Packages span everything from 40 guests to 550, priced per adult and varying by room, day of the week, season and even payment method, with cash prices published alongside card prices. Breakfast, lunch, cocktail, dinner and premium tiers all appear, children aged 4-12 are half price, under-4s are free, and vendors are charged at 75%. The booklet runs forty pages and prices almost everything: beverage upgrades, extensions at $700 an hour, tastings at $60 a head, even a wishing well at $80.
Couples who want a big Illawarra clifftop wedding with every line item published in advance.
