Setting & Style

The barn itself is the venue — dark exterior, white doors, antler chandelier over a lounge area, and a bar that keeps guests in the room rather than scattered. Outside, the paddocks and the long gravel drive do the photography: golden-hour fields, a fire pit that gets used after dark, and sparkler exits down the aisle to the barn doors. Four package shapes cover the range: a full wedding package giving exclusive use with the couple choosing their own suppliers, styling and timeline; an all-inclusive package where venue, styling, catering, entertainment and coordination are all handled; micro weddings for smaller groups; and an elopement or ceremony-only option. Tables and chairs for a hundred and fifty are on site.

The full wedding package is $12,500 Sunday to Thursday for a 6-hour hire, or $14,500 Friday to Saturday for an 8-hour hire, and provides exclusive use of Aberfeldy Barn with the couple choosing their own suppliers, styling and timeline, supported by owner Cass through the planning process; tables and chairs for 150 guests are included. The all-inclusive package is $29,990 for a 6-8 hour hire for a maximum of 70 people, covering venue, styling, catering, entertainment and coordination, with tables and chairs for 70 and a photo booth with guest book and attendant. Micro weddings are $8,990 Sunday to Monday for a 6-hour hire for up to 30 people, with enquiries taken for over 30, and include tables and chairs for 30. An elopement and ceremony-only option is also offered for very small groups.
