Appointment Policy

Booking in advance is preferred so a dedicated consultant can be assigned; walk-ins may be accepted on weekdays when the boutiques are less busy.
Weekends tend to be booked out, so an appointment is important.
An initial bridal consultation is typically one and a half hours.
A one-hour second appointment is complimentary, for brides returning to retry their favourite gowns from the first session.
The weekend guest limit is a maximum of three guests with the bride in Melbourne, and a maximum of four in Adelaide; larger groups can be accommodated on a weekday if flagged in the booking notes.
Not all gowns shown on the website are available to try in store; brides are asked to note in their booking if they want a particular gown confirmed beforehand.
A paid Sposa VIP Experience is offered, with its own questionnaire to be returned at least a day before the appointment.
Both the standard and VIP questionnaires ask which boutique, preferred silhouettes, fabrics and detailing, and invite the bride to upload inspiration images.
