Alli Campbell has photographed weddings around Bendigo and central Victoria since 2013, and promises photographs as messy, absurd and real as the couple themselves. Her published weddings run from a cathedral followed by pizza to a backyard party, a homestead, a winery barrel room and a surf life saving club.

She describes her work as classic, intentional and full of light and shadow, and says that making relaxed, candid and natural photographs usually takes some direction — her job being to build the light and the composition and then let the moment happen. Her stated role on the day is knowing when to be a fly on the wall and when to be a border collie.
