Food options start at $25 per guest for three canapes over one hour, with cocktail menu packages at $35 per person (four canapes over one hour), $55 per person (six canapes over two hours) and $70 per person (six canapes over three hours); substantial canapes $20 per choice per person, grazing table $25 per person, oyster board $5 per oyster on a minimum of two dozen, and wedding cake cut into coffee portions and served on platters $100. Menu changes to choice of meals or alternate drop $15 per person per dish, additional dishes $15 per person, added canapes $35 per person on a minimum of 50 guests. Beverage service is $12, $21 or $26 per guest for a one-hour duration depending on selection.
