When you send an enquiry from a listing, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to add: a phone number, a wedding date and a message. We also record the time it was sent and the internet address it came from, which helps us tell real enquiries from automated ones.

Your enquiry comes to Little Wedding Planner first. We pass it to the business named on the page you wrote from, and we may suggest other suitable businesses if that one cannot help. The business may contact you about your enquiry using the details you gave. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Enquiries are delivered to a Little Wedding Planner mailbox hosted by Google. We keep them for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and keep a record of it, and no longer than two years.

Listing and article pages use Google Analytics to count visits and Google AdSense to show advertising. Both set cookies and are governed by Google’s own privacy policy. This page, the shortlist, the claim form and the page you see after sending an enquiry carry neither.

Your shortlist is stored in your own browser and nothing in it is sent to us, unless you choose to share it by link.

Businesses that claim their listing give us a name and an email address, which we use only to check the claim and to write back about it.

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email cassie@littleweddingplanner.net. We answer within a few days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
