White Lane Studio is a Central Coast wedding photography and cinematography team who have been shooting weddings for about a decade. There are three main photographers plus second shooters they have trained themselves, and they work across Sydney and the Hunter Valley as readily as their own coast — with a steady stream of destination weddings further afield.
Relaxed and candid rather than posed. The galleries run to long grass at dusk, vineyard rows, barn interiors and headlands, and they deliver a deliberate mix of colour and black and white rather than picking one look. Because they film as well as photograph, a couple can book both from one team.
Couples anywhere from Terrigal and Avoca through to the Hunter who want photography and video from the same studio. The three-hour package is built for elopements and small weddings, and the standard day runs to around eight hours — so both ends of the scale are covered.
A standard day is roughly eight hours, from both partners’ preparation through to the reception, usually wrapping about 10pm, and you can add hours. Expect over 800 edited images in an online gallery within eight to ten weeks, with a sneak peek inside ten days; films take sixteen to eighteen. Prices are quoted on an options form rather than published — the deposit is $1,500 for photography and $2,000 for cinematography, with the balance due six weeks out.
One of the team is a graphic designer, so the albums, prints and wedding stationery are designed in-house from the images you choose after the day rather than ordered from a template.
