Glenworth Valley spreads across three thousand acres of Central Coast hinterland at Cooks Road, an hour from Sydney and twenty minutes from Gosford — open paddocks, rainforest, rock formations and a clear river running through it.

Setting & Style

There are four ceremony sites across the wilderness, from a high lookout with soaring views to a private bushland setting that is equal parts intimate and rustic. Receptions are held in the Valley Events Centre — polished concrete floors, handcrafted blackbutt tables, a statement fireplace, sweeping wilderness views and an expansive balcony — with the Rainforest Room on the lower level, floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a lawn so indoors and outdoors run together. It takes thirty to three hundred and thirty guests, and dry hire is available if you bring your own caterer. Marquees can be pitched in a private wilderness area or added onto the Events Centre. The signature moment is the Running of the Horses: two hundred and fifty horses released to run freely past the balcony.

Published figures that are visible: the Lookout ceremony location carries a fee of up to $1,200, which the venue has been waiving as a limited promotion for couples booking June or July 2026 weddings; wedding menu tasting nights are complimentary for couples who book a wedding catering package between October 2026 and March 2027, with extra guests at $90 per person and children under 12 at $49.
