It is a fine-dining restaurant first, which shapes the weddings it does — small, food-led, and built around the view rather than a ballroom. Three spaces divide the venue: the Ocean Room for thirty seated, the Dining Room for forty, and the Balcony for ten, or the whole restaurant for eighty seated and a hundred and ten standing. Menus run a customised three-course alternate drop, a four-course degustation, or up to five courses for micro-weddings of twenty-eight or fewer. Every package includes a personal events manager, all food and beverage, all cutlery, crockery and glassware, a linen-clothed gift and cake table, printed menus, and a floor manager with a one-to-fifteen staff ratio.
