It is a boutique coastal retreat done in classic Hamptons — whitewashed shutters, blue and white cottages, an acclaimed regional restaurant and a day spa. The Conservatory carries the receptions: a grand, light-filled room with large white sash timber windows looking over the gardens and pool, a deck opening onto the main lawn, and concertina bi-fold doors at the east end that open to a private garden courtyard. It holds a hundred and twenty seated or two hundred and twenty for a cocktail event. Ceremonies happen on the lawn in the established gardens. Lunchtime weddings are especially popular here, with the sun on the lawns; evening celebrations run 4.30pm to 11.30pm. Twenty-five cottages sleep up to fifty guests on site.

Additional options include a cheese sideboard at $15 per person and soak food from 9.30pm at $25 per person, both with a 30-guest minimum, and a dessert sideboard priced on application to replace the menu dessert. The wedding cake is served complimentary to each guest individually or on platters to share; BYO wedding cakes are permitted with a service charge of $7.50 per slice. Evening wedding celebration hours run from 4.30pm until 11.30pm.
