• The boutique is by appointment only; its published shop hours read simply "By Appointment Only".
• Only one-on-one appointments are offered -- one bride at a time.
• The first appointment is with owner Connie Di Genni or bridal stylist Alison Amy, and sometimes both.
• All subsequent fittings and consultations are with Connie personally.
• Brides are limited to a maximum of three guests, to keep each appointment personalised and focused.
• Appointments are booked through the boutique's own booking form, by phone on 02 4225 2188, or directly with Connie on 0413 493 970.
• Brides needing alterations on a gown bought elsewhere are asked to say so in the booking message.
• The boutique replies within 24 hours and asks brides to check their junk mail if nothing arrives.

• Accapella Bridal is a bridal boutique at Unit 5, 36-42 Auburn Street, Wollongong, owned by bridal couture seamstress Connie Di Genni, who describes over 38 years of experience specialising in made to measure and alterations as well as designing her own gowns, and who traces her start to watching her mother sew. The boutique imports and stocks internationally renowned labels, led by Essense of Australia and Martina Liana, and calls itself a plus size specialist. Consultations are by appointment only and one bride at a time, with the first appointment taken by Connie or by bridal stylist and store manager Alison Amy, or both; all subsequent fittings and alterations are done by Connie personally. Brides may bring a maximum of three guests. Gowns are browsable by silhouette and through the boutique's own Dress Finder, which filters by neckline, silhouette, dress feature, gown name and designer. The boutique also carries out bridal alterations on gowns purchased elsewhere. It publishes a Real Brides archive of 199 named brides reaching back to 2013, each recorded with her designer and style number. It was awarded Winner of the 2026 Wedding Industry Awards for both Bridal Gown Boutique and Bridal Gown Alterations in the Illawarra and Southern Highlands, voted by real brides, and is a finalist in the 2026 Local Business Awards.
