The boutique imports and stocks internationally renowned labels, led by Essense of Australia and Martina Liana, and calls itself a plus size specialist. Consultations are by appointment only and one bride at a time, with the first appointment taken by Connie, by the store's bridal stylist and manager, or both; all subsequent fittings and alterations are done by Connie personally. Brides may bring a maximum of three guests. Gowns are browsable by silhouette and through the boutique's own Dress Finder, which filters by neckline, silhouette, dress feature, gown name and designer. The boutique also carries out bridal alterations on gowns purchased elsewhere. It publishes a Real Brides archive of 199 named brides reaching back to 2013, each recorded with her designer and style number.
