Overview & Vibe

One Honey Boutique is a very large, very busy formalwear showroom at Bundall on the Gold Coast, Australian owned and run since 2011. Bridal is one part of it rather than all of it — but that part is 91 wedding gowns you can walk in and try on today, which is more in-stock bridal than most dedicated boutiques hold. The tone is “luxury without the intimidation”, which is the store’s own phrase for it.

Dress Styles & Designers

Wedding gowns from AMORIS and AMORIS Bridal, Ladivine and Ladivine Bridal, Amelia Couture, Noxanna Bridal, Tina Holly Couture Bridal and the boutique’s own Honey Couture. Silhouettes lean fitted and mermaid, with satin, mikado, lace appliqué and corset backs, plus A-line and midi styles. There are dedicated affordable, non-traditional, black and rush bridal ranges.

A bride on a budget, and a bride in a hurry. Gowns start at $329.95 and top out at $2,399.95, thousands of dresses are in stock to take home the same day, and there is a rush-bridal range for a short engagement. Sizing is 0 to 28 Australian, and Afterpay, Zip and Laybuy are all accepted.

The Need-to-Knows

A VIP styling appointment is required — walk-ins are not taken, and appointments are often booked weeks ahead. Each one is a one-hour personalised session with a stylist. The showroom is open Tuesday to Saturday 10am–6pm, closed Monday, Sunday and public holidays, with free on-site parking. Enquiries are answered in 24–48 hours on business days. There is one showroom only — Bundall — though it ships worldwide.

Standout Feature

The Dress Register. The boutique runs what it calls Australia’s largest register of who is wearing which gown to which event — so nobody turns up in your dress. It matters most for school formals, but it applies across the range, and no other store in this directory offers anything like it.

A VIP styling appointment is required — the showroom does not take walk-ins.
Each appointment is a one-hour personalised styling session with a stylist.
Appointments are often booked weeks in advance, so book early.
Group bookings can be made, and you can reschedule or cancel through the booking system.
The showroom is open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 6pm; closed Monday, Sunday and public holidays.
There is free on-site parking at Bundall.
