• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required once you place your order, no work starts until it is received, and the balance is due when you approve your proof and before printing begins.

• Orders ship Australia-wide and internationally, taking two to five days to the east coast of Australia, seven to ten days to the west coast and five to seven business days express to the USA.
• Shipping insurance is built into the shipping fee and cannot be removed, and most parcels need a signature, so a work address is a good delivery address.

• Cancelling after the digital proof stage costs $110 per digital proof plus the cost of materials bought for your order, and asking for a whole new design during proofing is a $110 design fee on top of the order cost.
• If you reduce your numbers after ordering there may be no reduction in the overall price, because materials are bought as soon as the deposit is paid.

• After you choose a design you email your wording, colour preferences and guest details, and the studio prepares a digital proof for you to review.

• Production takes about four to six weeks after you approve your proof.
• The studio recommends planning main wedding invitations twelve to eighteen months ahead, especially for a destination wedding, and confirming final RSVPs three to four months before the wedding so place cards and guest-named items can be made.
• A rush service, with a 20% surcharge, can usually finish within a week of proof approval.
