Wedding Photographers · Sunshine Coast / Noosa, Queensland · By appointment
Caitlin Wilder is an elopement and wedding photographer based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, available for work across Australia. She eloped with her own husband in Scotland in 2023, and that experience of choosing an intimate, unscripted day now shapes how she works with every couple, whether the celebration is a two-person elopement or a full wedding day.
Her photography is candid, documentary and feelings-led. Rather than directing poses, she creates space for a couple to move freely, chat and be themselves, stepping in with gentle prompts only when needed. The aim is a gallery that reflects real connection and honest emotion rather than a performed version of the day.
Couples planning an intimate elopement or a relaxed, low-key wedding who want a photographer who feels like a supportive friend as much as a documentarian. She particularly suits couples who want help with the planning side of eloping, from choosing a location to organising legal paperwork, alongside the photography itself.
Wedding coverage starts at two hours and scales up to a full ten-hour day, and elopement coverage runs from four to eight hours, with three hours of photography inside the fully planned inclusive package. A sneak peek of images arrives within a week, with the full edited gallery delivered within ten weeks. Every collection is presented as an online gallery, with prints and albums available through her partner suppliers.
Her Inclusive Elopement Package bundles her photography with a celebrant, Nikita, to deliver a fully planned ceremony for up to ten guests in one package: the ceremony itself, vow-writing support, a bridal bouquet, marriage paperwork lodgement and the planning and location scouting in between.
