Starling Flowers is Rebecca’s flower farm in the south-east of South Australia, working weddings across the Limestone Coast from an old stone studio on the farm itself. The claim is unusually literal: they sow every seed, plant every plant and cut every stem, so a bouquet is made from flowers the same hands grew.

Style & Signature Blooms

Seasonal and field-led, built on what the farm is actually producing - dahlias above all, alongside asters, ranunculus, celosia, amaranthus, strawflower and cottage annuals. The farm sells dahlia tubers and seed in its own right, which is a fair indication of how deep the growing side runs.
