Louisa Jones Photography has been photographing weddings around Geelong and Melbourne since 2008, working from a studio in the Pakington Street art precinct in Newtown. The tone is warm and unpretentious: a photographer who has cried at more than one ceremony and who names her wedding packages after Italian words as a nod to her own heritage.
Style & Approach
Coverage mixes bright, colour-rich portraits with candid documentary moments from the ceremony and reception, plus the occasional black and white treatment for quieter, more emotional scenes. A second photographer joins most packages so both the formal portraits and the in-the-moment reactions are covered at once.
