Wedding Photographers · Great Ocean Road / Lorne, Victoria
Tim is originally from London, moved to Melbourne three years ago, and now splits the year between the two hemispheres’ wedding seasons - Melbourne from October to April, and Ostuni in Puglia from May to September, where his wife’s family live. He shoots a mix of digital and 35mm film.
In his own words, his work sits right between documentary and editorial - candid, high-energy moments alongside colourful, intentional imagery. He is not shy about colour, and says he wants the photographs to feel like the wedding actually felt rather than to look dated in ten years.
Melbourne and Victorian couples during the Australian summer, and anyone planning a destination wedding in southern Italy - where being on the ground half the year is the point.
He is genuinely resident in both markets rather than flying in - six years of summers in Puglia with family, and he knows Ostuni, Alberobello and the coastline around Polignano a Mare well enough that couples planning from Australia get someone already there.
