The Image Collective is a wedding photography studio based at Alstonville in the Byron Bay hinterland, with more than a decade behind the camera and over 300 weddings photographed. The approach is warm and unhurried — the promise is that having your photographer there feels like having a trusted friend by your side.
Documentary and candid, with a natural, timeless finish. The focus is on catching the moments in between rather than staging them, and every collection is edited in the same signature style so the gallery hangs together.
Couples marrying anywhere in the Northern Rivers — Byron Bay, Ballina, Lennox Head, Bangalow and Mullumbimby all sit inside the included travel radius. There are collections for a short intimate day and for a full one, so elopements and larger celebrations are both catered for.
Collections run from $2,750 for 3 hours to $3,750 for 9 hours, and a $500 deposit with a signed contract secures the date. Popular dates book out 12 to 18 months ahead, and bookings are open for 2026 and 2027. Travel within 100 km of Alstonville is included.
Preview images land within 48 hours of the wedding, so there is something to share straight away while the full gallery is edited over the following 8 to 10 weeks. The largest collection also includes an engagement session and a keepsake box of 10 fine art prints.
