The Need-to-Knows
Appointment only — you cannot visit without one. The first appointment is 60 minutes and costs $30, redeemable against a full-price gown bought that day; the 30-minute follow-up is free. Up to four guests, with video calls welcomed for anyone who cannot come. Cancel inside 48 hours or no-show and the fee is not transferable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is taken at order, and the boutique states plainly that gowns are not made to measure — they are ordered to each designer's size chart, so alterations are likely and are at the bride's cost.

- All sample sale sales are final: no holds, returns or exchanges.
