Bookings are essential at both stores, and each has its own booking form. Submitting it is not a confirmation, the store contacts you within two business days to confirm. Appointments are obligation free, but they ask you to tell them if you need to cancel or move. Both stores open Tuesday to Friday 10am–5pm and Saturday 9am–4pm, closed Sunday and Monday. Gown prices are given in store.
