Fifteen years of weddings, run out of Edgeworth on the Newcastle side of Lake Macquarie. Jack moved up from Sydney in 2021, and his own wedding in Slovenia in 2023 - which he says deepened his gratitude for the job rather than changing what he understood about it.

Style & Approach

Relaxed, modern and natural, with the day captured as it unfolds. He is clear that he is not a fly on the wall - he brings energy to the room and often finishes as a friend of the couple. The portfolio ranges from paddock ceremonies to two portraits shot under the Milky Way.

Ideal For

Couples anywhere in a wide arc around Newcastle - the Hunter Valley, Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Southern Highlands and the Central Coast all fall inside his no-charge travel area. He photographs all couples, all families, all people, and says so plainly.

He publishes his backup policy in full, which almost nobody does: five copies of your photographs in multiple locations until final delivery, the original memory cards held offsite until then, and from late 2026 the RAW files kept for five years.

Appointment Policy

  • Enquiries are made by form, and he replies within 24 hours.
  • He offers an optional five to ten minute call before anything is locked in.
  • Album samples can be viewed and handled at an in-person meeting.
  • He is currently booking 2026 and 2027 weddings.

  • Engagement or Portrait Session — price on enquiry. A separate session, published as its own archive of couple-named shoots.
