Madi Fitzgerald is a wedding and couple editorial photographer based in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. She picked up a camera at fifteen, started her business at seventeen, and has been photographing weddings for more than ten years since. She takes a limited number of weddings each year so every couple gets a personal and attentive experience.
She blends two styles: photojournalistic storytelling and editorial portraiture. That means documenting the day naturally as it unfolds, while still carving out time for intimate portraits meant to feel timeless twenty years from now. She gives direction when it is needed but never forces a pose, and sets out to bring calm and lightness to a day that can feel overwhelming.
