Overview & Vibe

Haylee Sheree is a Fraser Coast wedding photographer with more than fifty weddings behind her and a decade with a camera. Her work is unmistakably of this part of Queensland: couples in paddocks at golden hour, veils lifting on the sea breeze at Hervey Bay, cattle wandering through the background of a portrait. She was named a top wedding photographer in the Wide Bay and Burnett region for 2026 and was a finalist in that year’s Australian Wedding Awards.

Style & Approach

In her own words her style is about candid, raw moments — the quiet glances and the laughter — and she blends documentary coverage with romantic storytelling. She describes her approach as relaxed, natural and unobtrusive: she will guide when guidance is wanted, but never at the cost of a genuine moment. There is no set image count, because the priority is quality over quantity.

Ideal For

Couples marrying anywhere on the Fraser Coast who want to be present at their own wedding rather than directed through it. The four collections span two to eight hours, so a short ceremony-and-portraits booking and a full day from getting ready through to the speeches are both catered for at a published price.

The Need-to-Knows

Collections run from $1,000 for two hours to $3,600 for eight, each including a pre-wedding consultation and unlimited high-resolution images in an online gallery. Extra coverage is $300 an hour. Final galleries arrive within eight to twelve weeks, with a set of sneak peeks in the first twenty-four hours. She takes a limited number of weddings each year and most couples book twelve months ahead.

Standout Feature

The veil in the wind is her signature frame, and she has found a dozen ways to make it work — billowing across a couple on the rocks at the water’s edge, or trailing metres across a paddock while the herd looks on.
