Wedding Florists · Barossa Valley, South Australia
Fleur Social is a flower shop and coffee bar on Murray Street in Nuriootpa, run by Sara and her husband Ryan with Rachel, Tessa and Kelly. Sara is the Fleur; Ryan and his hospitality team are the Social. The wedding consultation happens over coffee in their own bar, which is not a claim any other florist here can make.
Individuality, creativity and design, built on fresh seasonal flowers from nearby growers. Sara starts from whatever the couple brings - a colour, a single bloom, or just a feeling for the day - and works out from there. The portfolio runs from dried and textural through to full ceremony installations and hanging greenery.
Couples marrying in the Barossa and across South Australia. Sara actively likes getting out to venues around the state, and the studio also takes on styled shoots. Anyone who wants to sit down with their florist rather than fill in a form will find the arrangement here unusually easy.
There are no packages - everything is quoted per wedding. The process is three steps: check the date by form, email or phone, book a complimentary in-store consultation, then accept the quote that arrives by email. The shop trades Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings, and is closed Sundays.
The shop itself. Flowers, locally roasted coffee, a seasonal breakfast and sandwich menu, and two murals by the artist Arlon Hall, a few steps from the Barossa cellar doors. Sustainability runs through it - seasonal sourcing from nearby growers, compostable packaging and deliberate waste reduction.
