Hawley House is an 1878 Victorian manor at Hawley Beach, half an hour from Devonport, the original homestead of the Houghton family's Rubicon Estate. It has its own small church, gardens running down to waterlily pools, and a white sand beach at the end of the lawn — a whole-property venue where the ceremony, the reception and the beds are all in one place.

Ceremonies are held either in the gardens or down a red carpet into All Creatures Church (c.1878), a quaint timber chapel on the property.
