Plated function menus run $46 per head for a two-course alternate drop and $54 for three, or $48 and $56 for a choice menu; carvery service is $48 to $60; and a barbecue is $35 or $55 per head. Canapés are $5.00 per choice per person. Room hire is separate and modest: Britton's $150 for a half day or $300 full day, Grey's $150 full day, both including set-up.
