• Showroom consultations are complimentary and appointments are essential, so get in touch before visiting. Weeknight and weekend times are available, and an online consultation covers the same range by video for couples who cannot come in. A sample pack can be arranged afterwards.

• Ships Australia-wide with Australia Post, and the studio says it is trusted by couples across Australia and by more than twenty specialty venues.

• Standard delivery is three to five business days with Australia Post. Express is usually next day in metro areas and can be chosen at checkout. Larger signage such as the A1 seating chart is collected from the studio, with delivery charged separately.

• Pricing is per piece rather than per package, so the cost of a suite depends on how many you order and which pieces you include.
• Printing in languages other than English is offered at no extra charge.

• Cancellations are refunded on a sliding scale. Once design work has begun but before the artwork is approved, 80% is refunded, which the studio says covers costs already incurred. Once printing or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund applies, because custom items cannot be resold.

• A proof is sent for review, usually within twenty four hours of ordering, and printing begins only once you have approved the final design. Changes can be requested at the proof stage, and approving the artwork confirms that the specifications are correct.
