Salt and Soul Photography is a husband-and-wife wedding photography and film duo based on the Mornington Peninsula, shooting across Victoria. The work is coastal and unfussy: beach ceremonies, vineyard sunsets, bathing boxes and backyard celebrations.
Documentary and candid. They describe their style as unobtrusive and emotion-led, blending into the background rather than running posing sessions, and photographing the day as it actually happens.
Down-to-earth couples who want the day covered rather than directed, and who feel awkward in front of a camera. They name barefoot beach ceremonies and backyard celebrations as the kind of wedding they work best with.
Photography runs four, six or eight hours, from $1,900 to $2,900, with matching videography collections and 20 per cent off when both are booked together. Galleries arrive in three to five weeks with 50 to 70 photographs per hour of coverage, and sneak peeks land within 24 hours.
