Jessica Lauren is a custom couture label in the Yarrawonga area, on the Murray. Jessica Young trained in fashion at RMIT, worked for Toni Maticevski and then spent years at the Hawthorn bridal house Izaro Haute Couture before moving back to the country in 2009 and setting up on her own. It is a workroom, not a showroom — you are dealing with the person who makes the dress.

Every piece is designed and made for one client. Her portfolio runs from clean silk column gowns to a medieval-inspired dress in metallic lace with a silk chiffon cape, and includes bridesmaids, debutante dresses, mother-of-the-bride outfits, flower girls and page boys.
