A boutique family-owned winery on 110 acres at Dixons Creek, perched on the side of Daniel’s Hill. The cellar door is the venue, and it is the reason to come: a 13-metre ceiling capped with a glass prism, floor-to-ceiling windows north and south, and views across the vineyard to the Dandenong and Warburton Ranges.
Setting & Style
Light and glass rather than rustic timber. A multi-level deck for sparkling at sunset, an open fireplace for winter, and dancing on the deck under the stars in summer. Two accommodation towers frame the cellar door — visible in the estate’s own aerial photograph.
