Mandy Lamont came to the Snowy Mountains the long way round: she lost her job in Melbourne in the GFC, took a winter season at Thredbo shooting on the mountain, and stayed. She now works out of Jindabyne, and her wedding portfolio is the deepest in the region — fifty couples published by name, from 2013 through to a Jindabyne ceremony in May 2023, at Thredbo Alpine Resort, Perisher, Lake Crackenback and Dead Horse Gap.
